Mikey J is a seminal producer who has been instrumental in the development and progression of two very different UK hip-hop scenes – grime and hip hop theatre.

From the gold-selling Home Sweet Home with Kano in ’05 to the Olivier Award winning production Pied Piper A Hip Hop Revolution that has just finished a Christmas residency at The Barbican, Mikey J has consistently managed to straddle the cutting edge and the mainstream; while at all times developing grass roots hip-hop at community level.
